Resource Center
The FSMTB wants to ensure that consumers of massage and bodywork services have adequate knowledge about what they can expect from a massage and bodywork practitioner. Most importantly, FSMTB wants to ensure that the public is aware of the requirements for licensure for each state and that resources are available to check the license status of practitioners. FSMTB transfers exam results to support massage therapists applying for a license to practice or when interviewing for employment.

Follow these simple instructions to request a transfer.

Online MBLEx Result Transfer Request
  1. Login to your exam account
  2. Click the Result Transfer Form button
  3. Complete the information, along with payment information, to have your examination result transferred
  4. Submit the request
