The FSMTB Annual Meeting is designed for FSMTB members and those involved in regulation to learn and share information. Educators and the general public are also welcome to attend. Please be aware that registration priority is given to FSMTB Member Boards, and attendance may be limited to accommodate members at the discretion of FSMTB. REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.

 

 

 

 

Attending the 2024 FSMTB Annual Meeting: A Step-by-Step Guide

Attend the meeting by clicking Register. You will receive an email confirmation with the information submitted.

Registration Types:

  • Voting Delegate Member
  • Non-Delegate Member (including Executive Director, Board Staff, Board Members, Board Attorney)
  • Non-Member
  • FSMTB Board of Directors
  • Sponsor
  • Speaker

FSMTB covers the expenses for one Voting Delegate Member from each member board. Additional board members and board staff are encouraged to attend at their or the board’s expense.

FSMTB partnered with Direct Travel (a travel management company) to simplify and enhance the travel experience.  All registrants will be provided travel instructions in their registration confirmation email.

Delegate Attendees, Board of Directors and Speakers airfare will be ticketed by Direct Travel,  paid by FSMTB.

FSMTB will reserve hotel accommodations for ALL ATTENDEES. Reservations will be based on the arrival and departure dates provided to FSMTB on the registration form.  You will receive a hotel email confirmation from the Conrad, Washington, DC.

The cost of lodging for Delegates, Board of Directors, and Speakers will be covered by FSMTB for the nights of October 3rd, 4th, and 5th.  Please note you will need to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

Non-Delegate Members, Non-Members and Sponsors will be contacted at time of reservation to provide a credit card for all charges.

FSMTB will email the Annual Meeting Orientation link in September.

Monitor the Annual Meeting Website and watch your email for the updated Agenda, Proposed Bylaw Amendments and Resolutions, Board of Director and Nominating Committee Election Information, and meeting packet.
